International FoodTec Award

The leading international food technology award

The International FoodTec Award from DLG and its partners has recognised ground-breaking developments in innovation, sustainability and efficiency in the food technology sector since 1994. An international jury of experts from research and academia as well as representatives from the field select the most innovative concepts. The prestigious technology award is presented in the form of gold and silver medals every three years by DLG in cooperation with industry and media partners at the Anuga FoodTec in Cologne. The show is jointly organised by DLG and Koelnmesse. 

Winner Presentation

The International FoodTec Award, the most prestigious prize for innovations in the world of food technology, was presented for the eleventh time. 
The digital information event on the International FoodTec Award took place on February 23, 2021.
